LIFT is a prototype AI-powered operations tool built around a fictitious nonprofit service scenario. The project was designed as a public-facing demo rather than a live AI system. Instead of connecting to an external model, LIFT simulates an AI-assisted workflow through clickable interactions, guided outputs, and realistic nonprofit operations content. This makes the app easy to evaluate while still showing how thoughtful AI implementation could support mission-driven teams.

Methods & Approach
LIFT was developed as a Quarto/Shiny application with an emphasis on usability, storytelling, and applied AI strategy. The app is structured around a fictitious nonprofit case study, allowing users to move through a simulated workflow for reviewing operational information, identifying service challenges, and generating decision-ready outputs.
The goal was not simply to build a dashboard, but to prototype how AI could fit into an organization’s existing work. I focused on designing interactions that feel practical for nonprofit staff: clarifying problems, reducing reporting friction, surfacing patterns, and helping teams move from raw information to action.
